<the market share>

i just want to put this down for the record.

at the little vegetable stall outside the gate of the house, i bought

3 medium sized green apples

4 medium sized tomatoes

a big long bunch of spring onions (so long i had to cut them to fit into fridge veggie compartment)

a clove of garlic

1 large red chilli

1 large green chilli

all for 4 RMB (less than SGD1)!

we are not even talking abt buying at economies of scale here.
